Tina is passionate about helping women find and maintain their sense of self amidst the overwhelming chaos of adult obligations. She has extensive training in trauma, perinatal mental heath, and ADHD and special interests in boundary setting, caregiving and grief and loss.

Niku Rice, LMSW-C, Therapist
Niku is dedicated to helping women, especially moms, on their journey to greater well being. She uses a mix of mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other modalities to guide clients through challenges like dissatisfaction, depression, and anxiety.

Chey Davis, LMSW-C, Therapist
Chey works with folks who want to be more functional in relationships, to accept themselves more fully, and to reach for joy, safety, and hope in wild and uncertain times. “I have a deep commitment to Liberation and Joy, as a Queer Black Woman and a Fundamentalist-in-recovery.”
Chey supports clients with a trauma-informed approach to healthy sexuality and relationships (kink and BDSM informed), LGBTQI living (including transitions - pre, post, and non-operative), religious trauma, academic success and work-related stress.

Student Interns
We accept students from the School of Social Work at Wayne State University. They may request to observe a session or you may be interested in pursuing low-cost counseling with them as they learn their craft. They are highly trained and well supervised prior and during their work with clients. Please be patient as they learn and grow!
